These data highlight victimization rates as well as select risk and protective factors related to intimate partner violence and sexual assault. All data are for the state of Tennessee. As a tool for tracking change over time, the dashboard provides context to aid and inform violence prevention advocates’ planning and program improvement efforts. All data points come from publicly available databases including: the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TIBRS), Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS), Kids Count Data Center, Child Health Data, the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) annual census, the American Community Survey (ACS) of the U.S. Census, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
